The HSM-24V provides 32 digital inputs/outputs for 24 V levels and connects ADwin to the signals commonly used in the PLC world, for example.

Up to 15 HSM-24V units can be connected to an ADwin system via the ADwin-LS-Bus serial interface. For example, ADwin-light-16 can be expanded by up to 480 digital channels. For ADwin-Gold II and ADwin-X-A20, an expansion of up to 960 digital channels is possible, and for ADwin-Pro II (and ADwin-Pro I), the expansion is possible by up to 14,400 channels.

The HSM-24V module is designed for industrial use in control cabinets and is easily mounted on the DIN rail. The pluggable screw terminal strips facilitate cabling in the control cabinet. The module is operated with the standard supply voltage in control cabinets (19 V...29 V DC).

The 32 channels can be configured in groups of 8 as inputs or outputs. An LED indicates the actual voltage level for each channel. Each output delivers up to 150 mA and is short-circuit-proof, while the inputs are surge-proof.

In ADbasic, you can easily access the digital states of the 24 V interfaces.
